As to condition, well, what can I say?  This book has been "highlighted" by a happy child with a red crayon.  Was it "Dolores C.," as the name indicates on inside front cover?
Anyway, it is what it is and every page has been embellished with a childish artistic touch.  No missing pages.  Bumped corners.
