NOTE - CONDITION ISSUES:
- Book is linen and sewn at the spine (also noted on cover as "linen-like and sewed").
- There is a 2" split at the bottom, where the thread has unraveled.
-There is a slight vertical fold (seen mainly on the back cover).
- There are some slight stains, but overall, the piece is fantastic.
